Your role:

We’re looking for a Merchandising Lead - Fashion Buyer to provide Polonia Warszawa’s fans and Sii workers with great-quality apparel, merchandising & gadgets and in the future offer them to the public. The person holding this position will be responsible for every step in the process, from product development, e-commerce shops management, customer service, logistics to marketing! Your tasks:

• Manage merchandising, apparel and gadget strategy for both Sii & Polonia Warszawa:
  • Provide Sii workers and Polonia fans with great-quality merchandising, apparel and gadgets
  • Strengthen Sii’s and Polonia’s communities
  • Broaden awareness of both brands
• Manage selling process via e-commerce shops for Sii Poland and Polonia as well as traditional selling during matchdays:
  • Develop and manage the e-stores
  • Set product pricing
  • Take care of customer service
  • Present products in the most appealing way 
  • Ensure a great shopping experience
  • Develop e-commerce marketing activities
• Manage all product-related processes, from ideas/requirements development, through the creation of RFPs, to orders and selling:
  • Engage in the entire collection design process
  • Manage relations with suppliers
  • Sign contracts ensuring the most favourable conditions
• Manage logistics:
  • Plan orders delivery, arrange transport and track order completion
  • Optimize warehouse management and supervise the stock inventory  
  • Prepare sales plans, draft a purchases budget, plan supplies
  • Create Power BI reports on the completion of plans, orders, warehouse deliveries, complaints and other KPIs 
  • Search for new solutions to further improve the supply chain 
• Manage day-to-day operations, financial, administrative & business activities:Control and manage finances:
  • Keep a record of income and expenses 
  • Minimize expenses and operational costs
  • Maintain proper data registration, statistical and financial records
  • Prepare the payroll and employee records
  • Handle administration and paperwork
• Manage sales, business development and marketing:
  • Develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and revenueDevelop an effective marketing strategy and manage marketing efforts
  • Manage online marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, promotion, photoshoots, video production, graphic design 
  • Supervise internet analysts, content specialists, photographers and photo editors creating e-commerce content
  • Produce and publish social media content for Polonia
  • Optimize SEM
  • Resolve customer complaints
