Groupon is currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Merchant Service Representative with French
Workplace: Warszawa

Merchant Service Representative takes care of GROUPON merchants (partners) service quality by providing them with professional, helpful information and assistance in solving merchants queries related to the partnership with GROUPON, acting in accordance with company’s procedures and standards. MS Representative reports directly to Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolving issues submitted in all channels in accordance with the current procedures and according to the set time standards;
  • Close cooperation with other departments, in order to provide the best merchant and customer service experience in accordance with business standards;
  • Act as a liaison with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Editorial & Finance) to address any cross departmental issues impacting the merchant;
  • Ensuring effective and efficient information transfer from business customers to other departments;
  • Self-managing over time to achieve daily individual goals;
  • Preparation of reports and analyzes;
  • Participation in all trainings, refresh-trainings and meetings organized by QA and Trainers team, supervisors and/or managers;
  • Performing other duties as assigned by manager(s).

Qualifications:

  • Very good command of French (at least level C1);
  • Good command of English (B1/B2);
  • Computer literacy, MS office, Windows environment;
  • Good knowledge of consumer law and COPC standards will be a strong asset;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Open-minded, ability to learn fast;
  • Evidence of conveying top Merchant/customer experience through written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail;
  • Focused on targets delivery;
  • Ability to identify both customers and merchants needs;
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environment and processes;
  • Patience and composure, emotional balance.
