Your responsibilities

  • Driving M&A projects (target reviews, Due Diligence, transactions, post merger integrations)

  • Driving other Finance strategic agenda (definition of project roadmap, prioritization of projects)

  • Delivery of strategic projects in Finance (e.g. org structure changes, rollouts of new systems, .e.g. Invoicing, payment recognition, etc)

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years experience managing M&A projects

  • Good understanding of finance, experience in related field (controlling, audit, management accounting, financial analysis)

  • Ability to independently drive projects forward

  • ‘Get things done’ approach - not only through coordinating others but also rolling up your sleeves if necessary

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, influencing people outside of your reporting line

  • Enjoying working in the fast paced environment with high level uncertainty

  • Fluent English.

Optional

  • Transactional experience (financial Due Diligence, business Due Diligence, transaction project management

  • Familiarity with visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase);

  • Experience working with analytical databases
