Technologies we use
Implement & Support Autoliv Manufacturing IT solutions on production assembly lines
Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs
Provide 2nd level support to MES IT services (focused on incident and problem management)
Participate in continues improvement processes (system maintenance, improvement ideas, knowledge database creation, documentation).
Play an important part in software lifecycle, deploy and test new versions according to given plans, debug and describe software issues (collaboration with development team)
Prepares reference material for users by drafting operation instructions, create user manuals, provide necessary trainings
Be an active player in assigned projects (e.g. system rollouts in new locations)
A degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent experience)
ITIL basic knowledge
SQL - ability to write queries to extract reports directly from database or investigate during incident on production line
SQL - PostgreSQL administration
SQL - basic knowledge of MS SQL administration and configuration
Basic IT infrastructure knowledge (to diagnose potential hardware & network related issues in MES)
Very good team player, proactive attitude,
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees
a process improvement mindset
nice to have PLC programming basics
software maintenance and testing capability as an advantage
As a part of Autoliv Manufacturing IT team you will have a chance to learn IT solutions for production environment. Our main MES is ATraQ, which is internally developed manufacturing execution and traceability system. Thanks to that you gain an opportunity to participate to a whole lifecycle of the IT solution. We’re also supporting IoT technologies and playing significant part in Industry 4.0 implementations.
