Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Middle+ Support Specialist to join our client’s team on a subcontract basis.
Our requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
AD / LDAP basic management
HW/SW inventory management
Printers and printing services
Excellent analysis and problem-solving
Prioritizing incidents, requests, and changes
Familiar with ITIL concepts
End user support
Workstation and mobile device OS, application, and simple hardware support
IP-telephony system support
LAN cabling and patching
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
English - Upper-Intermediate+
Location - European Union citizenship ONLY
