About the project

We are looking for skillful Web Frontend Developers to join one of our Polish teams working for US-based clients.

You will work (in the Polish time zone!) for one of our projects: Payments.ai, TrueWill, or Tentacle.

Our stack includes, first and foremost, React, Next.js, and sometimes TypeScript. We specialize in startups at their beginnings (MVP), which makes the job very diverse and challenging.

Tools you’ll use:

• Slack, GSuite

• GitHub

• Jira, Confluence, Miro

• Apple MacBook Pro and... Nivona (best coffee machine ever!)

Your responsibilities

  • Is independent and responsible for their own code

  • Makes sure their code is written with best practices in mind and is clean and understandable for other developers

  • Is in direct connection with a designer to discuss implementation details

  • Is involved in the technical part of the product design, suggesting improvements

  • Cares about understanding the business domain of a product

  • Regularly communicates with the team to translate user stories into technical solutions and estimate them

  • Helps other developers in the company by sharing his knowledge and suggesting better solutions

Our requirements

  • Skilled in and enthusiastic about React.js and React Native

  • Experienced in mobile app development (2+ years)

  • Familiarity with state/data management libraries/tools (e.g., ContextAPI, Hookstate, others)

  • Understands modern JavaScript and TypeScript, knows its pros and flaws, and follows best practices

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest/Testing Library/Detox/other)

  • Familiarity with debugging tools,

  • Ability to work with Apple Developer Center and Google Play Store

  • Familiarity with iOS and Android capabilities and platforms' basic features, such as location services, push notifications, etc.

  • Experience in 3rd party services integrations

  • Know how to work with REST APIs using modern tools (e.g., TanStack)

  • Want to expand your knowledge and experience and are willingly discovering and testing new libraries and tools

  • Like to work in small Agile scrum teams (2-6 developers). Speaks fluent English (B2+) to communicate with the team and understand clients

Optional

  • Web development experience, experience with Next.js, knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, open-source contributions

  • Experience in integrating Swift/Objective-C/Java/Kotlin libraries with React Native

  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or others

  • Experience in web development

  • Experience in Expo

  • Experience with the Next.js framework

  • Experience with Node.js and AWS cloud provider

  • Understanding what an MVP is and what to focus on when building it

  • Experience in mentoring younger developers
