Your responsibilities

This role has been created within the Risk & Compliance (R&C) Shared Services CoE team to support the execution of the R&C Services location strategy, to assist in migrations, transitions and governance of services identified. The role requires interactions with various internal and external stakeholders across teams. R&C Services has a management team within the wider COO business function.

The role will support the Region, Business Function and Global Service Center (GSC) through:

• Planning and implementation of migrations

• Ensure the migration is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements

• Help manage the prioritization of services and process to transition

• Provide regular reporting and status updates on progress, risk and issues for the management team

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in handling migration projects/offshoring activities and related documentation

  • Execution focused mindset with problem-solving ability

  • Strong attention to detail, communications, planning, coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Lateral thinker, with ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, working autonomously with excellent follow up skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

  • Evidence of excellent prioritizing, influencing and organizing skills

  • Sound understanding or an ability to quickly understand the LoBs & Business

  • Experience of report generation, presentations, data collations, data reviews will be an added advantage

  • Proficient with MS Office tools

  • Strong process orientation and project management skills

  • Ability to Multitask in challenging situations

  • High degree of flexibility and ability to do cross stakeholder management
