Młodszy Koordynator wsparcia IT

  • Key accountabilities:
    • Managing Users’ Requests (initiate, aid / monitor and ensure solution delivery).
    • Support & Collaboration by phone and email.
    • Monitoring of the request resolution process.
    • SLA process fulfilments.
  • Essential Skills/Knowledge:
    • Strong written and spoken English (certification welcome - C1 or comparable suggested).
    • Strong Communication skills – has excellent verbal and written language skills; including the ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management within IT and the Business community.
    • “Can do” attitude, with a relentless drive for service excellence.
    • Adaptivity – Ability to explore and learn new processes and incorporate changing services catalogue.
    • Robust character - able to deal with difficult situations and clients tactfully but firmly.
    • Analysis and Solutions seeking – has a clear logical approach to problem identification and analysis always - minimising risk.
    • Planning and Organisation - has a structured approach to work, self-organised and adaptable to varying demands in workload. Prioritise work load, ensuring actioned within agreed SLA’s.
    • Professionalism - has discipline, good time management and takes responsibility for decisions.
    • Good MS Office Skill.
    • Working in an elevated stress environment.
    • Ability to shift work (8:00 – 20:00).
    • Self-study & development.
