Your responsibilities

  • Management of T&E and DDMC team members delivering services to APTIV sites in EMEA Region
  • Cooperation with Site Finance and other Aptiv Functions on process improvement
  • Leading team to achieve SLA/KPIs through daily monitoring - ensure all metrics are maintained
  • Reporting process risk immediately once occurred, performing proper root cause analysis and proposing proactive changes
  • Support PTP activities by ensuring key tools/process elements
  • Manage day to day activities and month-end closing activities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with relevant suppliers of services/systems/applications
  • Ensure all Purchase to Payables (PTP) transactions are recorded in accordance with Accounting Policies, Local and US GAAP requirements
  • Maintain strong Internal Controls and compliance with SOX requirements
  • Provide timely support to auditors, work with Global Process Leader to define Management Action Plans when deficiencies are noted
  • Work with BPO partner to provide support for process improvement initiatives, to improve efficiency including automation initiatives
  • Drive LEAN thinking to eliminate process waste
  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Plan and organize effective team operations; ensure adequate staffing and backup support model is in place including cross training
  • Identifying talents, planning adequate career paths and development strategy; participation in recruitment process

Our requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in PTP processes in a multicultural environment
  • Very good command of English language,
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP Finance functionality
  • Experience in leading team in a BPO/SSC environment (preferred)
  • University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy (preferred)
  • Leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels
  • Ability to manage issues and seek resolution, to identify root cause and propose alternate solutions to problems
  • Strong relationship and business partnering skills
  • Very good organization and delegation skills
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools

The PTP Junior Team Leader for Travel & Expenses and Documents Digital Management Center coordinates of Purchase to Payables activities for the PTP subprocesses (T&E, DDMC) and countries in scope – direct supervision and leadership of GBS KRK own team and indirect management of outside service provider team.

This position is responsible for the end to end regular reviews of PTP process metrics for their teams. The role is focused on service performance setting priorities for their teams to follow business expectations, control the critical processes, maintain/establish the relation with business stockholders securing ongoing and transparent communication. We will also require participation in transition activities and cooperation with project management team on projects related and implemented for subprocesses/countries supported.

The PTP Junior Team Leader will perform within the Aptiv values and culture.
