  • To undertake the day to day management of industrial properties
  • Cooperation with third party services to fulfill company and clients expectations
  • Able to coordinate different kind of tasks and manage people inside and outside of the organization
  • Taking part in the process of drawing up a business plan plus preparation of OpEx, CapEx and marketing budgets for each property
  • Liaise with the tenants, clients and their banks where appropriate, on all day to day matters
  • Active management of receivables collection
  • Preparation of PM performance reports together with Lease Administrator on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Cooperate with Client in all lease management connected issues and implementation of leasing data into clients system
  • Handling the correspondence with tenants and authorities
  • Offers inquiry and preparation of price comparison lists


  • Experience in property management (at least 3 years in commercial property management)
  • Knowledge of PM & FM processes
  • Cooperation within business environment (commercial/service)
  • Marketing and leasing experience as an advantage
  • Property management license
  • Languages: English - intermediate both written and spoken (B2 level) Polish - native/fluent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, focused and energetic
  • Able to work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to adapt easily in the new environment
  • Good analytical skills
