About the project
For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for an MLOps Engineer focusing mainly on deploying machine learning models and ensuring they are functional in production. You will use software engineering and DevOps skills to operationalize AI and ML models.
We are open for candidates with different expertise levels (Mid/Senior/Lead), who want to develop further their skills and experience in this role.
Your responsibilities
Design and develop cloud infrastructure required for developing and deploying AI-driven applications
Develop MLOps workflows for data preparation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
Provide consulting and assistance for data science teams to ensure effective operationalization of AI-driven solutions
Create and integrate data source connectors for feeding ML pipelines with data
Improve ML models reproducibility, auditing, and performance capabilities
Translate business problems into ML problems and create ML solutions to produce desired customer business outcomes
Architect, build and launch new data models that provide intuitive analytics to the team
Build data expertise and own data quality for the pipelines you create
Develop AI applications using various software engineering tools and technologies
Our requirements
Higher education in technical and mathematical studies (or the last year of studies)
Relevant software engineering experience (Python, Scala, or Java) in a data-focused role
Working knowledge of AI/ML and Data Engineering tools in any major cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Hands-on experience with ML operationalization
Experience in setting up CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML
Hands-on experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar
Working experience with containers and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Ability to understand tools used by data scientists

Good to know: Spark, Kafka, NoSQL, BI tools
