About the project
You will be a part of highly motivated team of Senior Project Managers that are eager to create swift environment for delivering any initiatives. You will support the team that creates consumer facing mobile apps, chatbots, digital loyalty programs, for global Reckitt brands - in alignment with stakeholders and with support of the Dev, QA, UX, BA and other teams.
Your responsibilities
Supervise initiatives across entire stream in order to ensure smooth delivery of cross functional projects
Take active part in creating the roadmap for product development.
Create and maintain long time relations with both new and existing clients
Conduct a weekly status meeting and ensure progress on both market and dev teams
Create fast but achievable timelines for both minor and major initiatives across innovative stream
Have active impact on creating workflow across both stream and HUB
Have a voice regarding changing not efficient ways of working.
Act as a leader for other project managers in the stream that may need Your help
Have freedom to create Your own way of working as long as it serves the increase of performance
Our requirements
At least 3-year experience in the software creation based on both project and product approach.
Scrum basics knowledge and experience
Project management experience of at least 2 years
Jira and Confluence basics (other Project management tools will suit as well)
Ability to take ownership over entrusted projects and initiatives
Experience in the design and modification of the IT systems. Would be great if you already worked with mobile apps / loyalty programs
Experience in cooperation with developers, testers, UX team and stakeholder management
Proficient command of English (C1 equivalent), as all our stakeholders are based abroad
You are responsible and proactive
