LEANCODE processes personal data mainly for the purpose of performing an employment contract, to provide you with services or to take the measures necessary for the conclusion of the contract or the commencement of services (pursuant to Article 6.1.b GDPR).

In addition, LEANCODE could also process your personal data in order to fulfill its legal obligations as Administrator (article 6.1.c GDPR). Sometimes LEANCODE processes your data for purposes based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), e.g. to respond to requests from public authorities. In other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).  

The purposes for which LEANCODE may process data on the basis of legitimate interests are: 

  • The proper performance of contracts with the Company's contractors, including the provision of services for their implementation.
  • settlement of contracts with contractors,
  • for the purpose of marketing their own products and services, 
  • where applicable, for the purposes of the conduct of litigation by LEANCODE and proceedings before public authorities.

The provision of personal data by you is a contractual requirement, necessary for its correct execution, conclusion and the provision of services to you. For the purposes of legal obligations, the collection of data by LEANCODE is a legal requirement. LEANCODE processes the personal data collected from you only to the extent necessary for the purposes mentioned herein. In case your personal data has not been collected directly from you, the source of this data, i.e., in particular, your name, surname, contact data such as e-mail or telephone number and others exclusively necessary for the performance of the contract, is the Contractor or other publicly available sources (KRS, CEIDG, Internet).

The Recipients of personal data:

In the normal course of its business, LEANCODE may transfer your personal data to external recipients (subject to any security requirements under data protection legislation) when this proves necessary in the course of business processes, to ensure a high quality of service and to comply with LEANCODE's legal obligations. This includes the following categories of data recipients:

  • Contractors, customers, suppliers of LEANCODE,
  • public authorities,
  • entities supporting LEANCODE in conducting business activity,
  • providers of legal, advisory, consulting, audit, accounting, HR, IT services, LEANCODE contractors.

Data processing time:

Your data are processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described

in this notice above, i.e. for the duration of the contract between LEANCODE and you/the provision of services, and after its expiration/completion for the period required by law or necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the administrator. 

DPO:

Pursuant to Article 37.1.a GDPR, the Administrator appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to supervise the processing of personal data on its behalf.

 

Processes of transferring data outside the EEA or to international organizations:

Your data may be transferred to entities established outside the European Economic Area.

 

Profiling:

Your data may be subject to a profiling process in accordance with the provisions of the DPO.

Mobile Developer (Xamarin + Flutter)

We are currently looking for a Mobile Developer, with an experience in Xamarin willing to transfer to Flutter, who will join our mobile team at LeanCode. Above all, we expect you to be a team player and be willing to acquire knowledge quickly.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Develop top-quality mobile applications using Xamarin and Flutter;
  • Cooperate closely with designers, testers, product owners, clients and fellow developers;
  • Have a real impact on choosing technology stack and app architecture;
  • Identify client’s business needs and solve business problems.

Our perfect candidates should:

  • have an experience in developing mobile applications using Xamarin framework and native Android or iOS;
  • be able to build a working top-quality app from scratch;
  • care about a well maintained, scalable and testable codebase;
  • know how to create efficient UI;
  • like to interact with fellow developers, designers, testers and other stakeholders;
  • have a good command of English.

You get extra points if:

  • you have at least one application published in Google Play/App Store;
