Your responsibilities
- Establish and implement operational processes for delivering world-class MDM support on a diverse, global team
- Maintain design documentation, representations of the logical layout of services, network communication services, and manage service communications for our production MDM services & solutions
- Implement and continually improve processes for the deployment, configuration, automation, and management of mobile scanners, printers, ERP applications, and related technology
- Support incident & problem management, as well as escalations from service desk queues and with 3rd party vendors
- Drive completion of project work and perform other duties as assigned
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience directly related to managing mobile devices
- Experience with handheld barcode scanners & wireless printers
- Knowledge of production IT and manufacturing environments
- Experience packaging, automating software and configurations to endpoints
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level IT environments
- Strong networking background with wireless technologies and enterprise wireless networks
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability/willingness to meet flexible schedule arrangements per customer requirements (i.e. off-shifts)
Optional
- Experience with SOTI Mobicontrol, MobileIron and/or Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of Zebra Technologies or similar handheld barcode scanners
- Good communication and organizational skills
- ITIL®, Microsoft, CompTIA, or related certifications
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industries
- Solid understanding of managing Android OS devices
- Proficient knowledge of a foreign language
