Provide remarkable customer engagement experiences.
In the conversations with customers and/or prospects you will promote smart and the services that smart provides.
You will identify purchase options to support vehicle and related services sales.
Support customers to purchase a vehicle or related services on the e-commerce platform.
And, of course we have set KPI’s so that we can show our excellent service as a team.
C2/C1 level of the French language and at least B2 English is a requirement.
Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Sunday from 9.00 AM to 9.00PM. You’ll work flexible shifts.
The training will be approximately 3 weeks, from Monday till Friday from 9.00 AM till 5.15 PM.
Having a year of sales experience is nice to have.

Our new Customer Engagement Center supports customers from smart on queries they have on the car and or the service that smart provides.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the smart Customer Engagement Center.
For this role it is essential that you speak both French and English.
You have the option to work on our fantastic location in Lodz city center, comfortably from your own home or a combination of working on location and remote.
