Your responsibilities

  • To develop and adjust plan of marketing activities for S&RC

  • To manage project portfolio

  • Sales Funnel Management

  • Support Sales Opportunities/ Projects’ Development

  • Support Distributors in preparations to Tenders

  • Product trainings organization

  • Demo pool administration

  • Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of respiratory sales plans and profitability.

  • Develop and/or maintains and improve business relations with respiratory clients.

  • Analyze respiratory sales statistics to determine business growth potential.

  • Establish performance goals for all department employees, and monitor performance vs. AOP/ROFO; plan and promote, negotiate and implement department’s structure for an effective covering of all customers. Distribute available resources in accordance with business needs.

  • Understand and supports customer needs/wishes, and set high priority to service and customer satisfaction throughout organization balancing cost to serve.

  • Strategically manage relationships with KOLs to achieve company’s business goals

  • Realize marketing activities on the territory, focused on increasing KOLs preference towards Philips products

  • Develop and Execute KOL plans: Reference sites, Clinical education programs, Clinical Research programs in collaboration with Education manager, Sales, Markering, PR, Legal, GR in line with Philips Education Strategy

  • Developing network of tutors among Philips users and KOLs

  • Comply with budget targets when realizing KOL program

  • Provide content and medical support for educational activities and plans in order to be relevant for clinical needs and trends

  • Develop KOLs into Philips brand ambassadors and engage them into Philips education programs

  • Collects information about market dynamics, competitive activities / products and prices, providing input for regular reviews of Philips market tactics

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills to build and protect/ defend business cases

  • Ability to make business conclusions based on all available excessive or lacking data (using Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel)

  • Good communication and influencing skills, team player

  • Pro-active and can do attitude

  • Ability to work under time/quality pressure, attention to details
