Your responsibilities
Development of electric drives for braking systems
Lead projects from concept-development and -design to series production in cooperation with internal and external departments and suppliers
Preparation of electric motor-specifications and test-specifications as well as the supporting documents in accordance to the ZF development process
Global technical interface and leadership to internal and external suppliers
Create and maintain all development relevant documents and reports
Coordinate and support interactions with internal and external customers
Monitor the motor design, perform design reviews, coordinate and track the prototype build process internally and with suppliers
Track project milestones, perform reporting and communication to the organization
Plan and execute electric motor tests (internally and at supplier), evaluate and approve measurement data
Our requirements
Master-degree, Bachelors-degree or equivalent in Engineering
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, structured way of working
High degree of teamwork, motivation and independent way of working
Very good communication skills, ability to interface with cross functional teams in a global and multinational environment
Very good English language skills and the ability to present complex matters in a comprehensive way
Openly approach other people and show good teamwork spirit
Basic knowledge of project management
Basic knowledge in the area of mechanics/electronics
Knowledge of drive technology (brushless motors) is preferred
