The Novo Nordisk Region SEEMEA is a diverse region consisting of 110 countries, organised into three Business Areas and six Elevated Affiliates covering South East Europe, Middle East and Africa. The position

As Multi Channel Engagement Manager you will report to Commercial Operations Senior Director and will be responsible for setting direction and driving initiatives within Multichannel Orchestration, building a multichannel centre of excellence in SEEMEA in collaboration with markets, business areas and International Operations, and implement multichannel strategy as part of International Operations priorities.
  • Provide strategic input and ensure execution of Novo Nordisk Multichannel Orchestration roadmap at regional level.
  • Create multichannel orchestration blueprint and facilitate capability adoption amongst commercial functions, especially marketing and sales.
  • Lead introduction of advanced and data-driven initiatives, such as multichannel equivalent scoring, agile campaigns and content management.
  • Through data, identify areas to optimize customer engagement strategies such as customer centricity, content adjustments, channel mix, and customer journey sequencing to improve customer engagement and experience.
  • Co-create new solutions, go-to market model and processes with digital transformation to widen customer experience.
  • Identify and help remove local organizational barriers to design and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital/multi-channel planning, execution of processes and approaches; work across therapy areas and functions to standardize improvements.
  • Develop the right Multichannel Orchestration organisation and capabilities in SEEMEA.
  • Support affiliates in key initiatives and ensure best practice sharing across SEEMEA with regards to Multichannel Orchestration.
  • Facilitate Orchestration of the MCE across the Field force (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical).
  • Build marketing excellence capability, i.e. guiding segmentation & targeting based on digital adoption & channel preference.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in preferably communication, business and/or marketing.
  • 8 to 10 years of marketing experience including 2 years of digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare space.
  • Experience in broad marketing mix strategy with expertise in all digital channels.
  • Previous experience in scoping and deploying Multi Channel Engagement solutions in Healthcare/Life Sciences is essential.
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in orchestration engines and CRM is preferred
  • Proven strategic leadership skills with an ability to analyze and synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organization to move forward.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRMs, digital channels, Mobile and Social Media Marketing.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
