    For our Facility Management division with the main office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of:
    Multi-Country Facilities Manager
    Location: Katowice

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Lead the provision facilities management services for the specified region
    • Support the Alliance Director in the evaluation, planning, and development of the facilities management strategy which provides cost effective and customer experience focused building related support services
    • Management of all account P&L performance within region
    • Project management delivery experience within occupied environments
    • Demonstrate a sound understanding of current legislation, environmental and quality related issues, including sustainability and its impact on energy
    • Be commercially aware and have a sound knowledge of budget preparation
    • Lead a multi-disciplined management team, comprising of both in-house staff and service partners, providing a high quality, integrated facilities management operation within defined buildings
    • The custodian of the Client’s Workplace 360 brand, responsible for driving the Client’s Workplace 360 program across the portfolio and team
    • Ensure a cost-effective maintenance programme for all buildings, plant, systems and equipment is in place
    • Manage Client expectations through documented monthly / quarterly performance reviews
    • Ensure a Business Continuity Plan is in place and it is managed
    • Provide professional advice to the Client on all FM matters
    • Ensure an effective induction, performance management and development system is in place for all team members
    • Develop talent and adopt career management


    • Fluent Polish and English in speaking and writing
    • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is an advantage
    • Min. 6 years of experience in similar managerial role
    • Degree level qualified with NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
    • Strong proven experience in a general management position in the FM arena
    • Previous experience within an EMEA account
    • Proven background in delivery high end FM services within a corporate environment
    • Extensive experience in dealing with suppliers, contractors & negotiations
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Commercially astute
    • Very strong business development acumen
    • Strong knowledge of SLA's / KPI's and measurement procedures
