Your responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be
Provide the service for foreign partners
Daily contact via phone, emails and chat with vendors and Clients,
Our requirements
- Fluent knowledge of French and German and one of the following language (Spanish, Russian, Italian, Romanian, Portuguese)
- Communicative level of English B2/C1
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
