Your responsibilities
- Effective communication throughout the whole process (from customers to other teams);
- Dispatch requests and organize own work;
- Contact customers for clarifications;
- Independent, timely and accurate processing of translation requests;
- Participate in team activities and initiatives.
Our requirements
- English language skills: min. B2;
- German language skills: min. B2;
- Communication skills (oral and written);
- Customer service skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player;
- Experience in translations: beneficial.
