    National Availability/ Inventory Planner

    Region Name: mazowieckie

    National Availability/ Inventory Planner is a member of Regional Logistics Team based in Warsaw.

    He/ she supports Business Categories turnover and profitability by ensuring:

    • high product availability and optimal inventory
    • optimal costs structure
    • superior service to internal and external customers through close collaboration.

     Main accountability:

    • execute Deployment Planning process of finished goods for selected country and selected category to ensure high product availablity for sale to the market
    • execute Inventory Management process to ensure optimal level of inventory in selected locations and its quality
    • organize Direct to Customer Delivery from sourcing plants
    • build strong collaboration with Sales and Customer Service to support business operations
    • assure proper forecasting of products phase-in/phase-out, discontinuation, seasonality

    Requirements:

    • min. 3-year experience in Logistics (ideally Supply Planning, Demand Planning)
    • experience in working within cross-functional and international environment
    • IT literacy: SAP DRP, APO, Microsoft Office
    • fluent Polish, Czech or Slovakian knowledge
    • very good English knowledge
    • good communication and persuasion skills
    • excellent planning and organizing skills
    • good problem solving skills
    • result oriented mindset
    • positive attitude
