    National Key Account Manager

     

    Based: Stefanowo, near Warsaw

    We are currently looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will fully develop, implement and commercially manage key strategic clients.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and develop long term strategy of cooperation with international retail chains
    • Business relations management in terms of local trade conditions as well as in the context of global agreements
    • Responsible for negotiations with retail chains
    • Net sales and profitability responsibility
    • Manage and develop team of Key Account Managers
    • Develop and implement channel strategy in terms of distribution, assortment, promotion and pricing
    • Achieve a competitive advantage through effective implementation of the company's exhibition standards and additional exposure at the point of sale
    • Cooperation with field sales force, trade marketing, category management, marketing, planning and finance in terms of Modern Trade channel
    • Cross-Functional team ownership, accountability and cooperation
    • Maintain a value added service to ensure successful relationships
    • Identify key areas for growth and the Company sales strategy

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Higher education degree
    • National Key Account Manager experience in FMCG
    • Proven track record in developing and leading joined business plans with customers
    • Evidence of negotiation skills and strategic growth contribution required
    • Ability to deliver KPI in timely manner, also beyond targets
    • Proven track record of innovative and stretching growth
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in cross-functional teams
    • Good command of English
    • Strong ability to influence
    • Good organisation & time management skills – able to prioritise work
