Your responsibilities

  • Maintain operational excellence in Distribution & Fulfillment Management

  • Develop new distribution services in close collaboration with B2C and B2B and Marketing

  • Assure efficient logistics processes to reduce cost & create value for company

  • Drive improvement and innovation development opportunities in the services delivered by Third Party Providers for last mile & small drop delivery

  • Effectively manage Third Party Providers and Service Level Agreements by monitoring interactions and comparing actual performance with pre-defined expectations

  • Create and manage budgets in logistics area

  • Monitor Third Parties to ensure that it is in line with the Nespresso brand purpose and in compliance with local regulations and Nestlé standards and policies

  • Collaborate effectively with Third Party Providers to realize said improvement or innovation

  • Provide input to procurement based on expertise and requirements prior to signing contracts and Service Level Agreements with Third Parties

  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements

  • Maintain and develop distribution dashboards (KPIs) and measure the performance of Third Party Providers

  • Support the business with ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to meet business requirements.

  • Team management where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose

Our requirements

  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience within Logistics and/or Warehousing.

  • BS/BA Degree is preferred (Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics or Business Management preferred).

  • Experience in Third Party Party Management

  • Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software, ERP, WMS

  • Experienced and Certified in LEAN Six Sigma methodology - as an advantage

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills

  • Strong team player

  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports

  • Accuracy, reliability & attention to details

  • Strong ethics and integrity (transparency and trust)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English
