About the client

Our customer is a company that incorporates the latest technology into their business rooted in the construction sector.

The role:

We are looking for a an ambitious programmer who is willing to grow into a Team / Tech leader.

Responsibilities

  • Be a hands on leader building your reputation and position within the team through your seniority and technical expertise.
  • Build, maintain, flourish, and eventually lead a team of .NET developers.
  • Support the software development by being close to the code and lead by example.
  • Define priorities, directions and ways of getting stuff done.
  • Participate in the decision making process regarding the overall architecture of the developed solutions.
  • Make sure you and your team inspire good practices within the entire organization.
  • Look after the personal development of the members of your team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Mature .NET development skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • At least 4 years of commercial experience programing in .NET.
  • Excellent communication with staff on all levels.
