Your responsibilities
Analysis, coordination and resolution of IT problems (incidents) in the context of service management for identity and access management
Integration of business applications & IT systems into the central identity & access management systems for providing user management and Single-Sign-On
Technical support, maintenance and care of the identity management system and its components including monitoring of systems, interfaces and services, importing performing updates and patches on the platform and application and testing the effects
Conception & design of new processes and features within the Identity Management system as requested by business
Participate in projects related to Identity & Access Management
Our requirements
Completed study in a field of computer science or comparable qualification with appropriate practical experience
Experience and knowledge in identity and access management solutions
Knowledge in the development of scripts (eg. Powershell, VBScript)
Good knowledge in directory services
Awareness of IT security and privacy
Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST)
Strong customer orientation and communication skills, solutions-oriented and structured way of working
