Your responsibilities
provide operational support and management of various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
participate in problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
develop, improve and optimize the performance of network devices and services in an enterprise environment
work with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance service
Our requirements
excellent knowledge of network administration (Routing, Switching, WAN / LAN / WLAN, Security), especially with Cisco enterprise products
current Cisco certifications CCIE, CCNP
knowledge of Citrix net-scaler remote access, deviceTRUST
knowledge of network management tools like „Cisco Prime“
knowledge of F5 application delivery controller, bluecoat web-proxy
experience in IT operation according to ITIL
ability to work independently and remotely in a team (coordination, reliability and communication)
basic knowledge of project controlling
English language written and spoken level B2
German language - nice to have
