In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Network Infrastructure Technician
Workplace: Wrocław

Job description:

This role requires a person with some network experience and with proven communication skills. We assume the candidate is specialized in both LAN and WLAN and WAN environments, experience from other areas inside of network area is also positive. As a network Infrastructure technician, you have talent for understanding Network and Security infrastructure and our customer’s needs and requirements. You should also have a proactive mindset, be fluent in English and Polish, have practical skills in working "hands-on". The position is located in Wroclaw (Poland).
The mission is to ensure a secure, stable and efficient operation environment, built on defined products and services, including software and hardware. You will have to handle changes/incidents in a business critical environment and manage infrastructure maintenance and evolution. You will also take part of new request for proposal process and customers transformation project.
Together with your colleagues within EMEA, you will work in a virtual Delivery team. You will work closely with other Operations 

Skills

  • Good knowledge especially in Cisco Hardware, ACE,  IOS, Cat-OS, OSI model, TCP-IP Unicast, Multicast and Broadcast
  • Good knowledge of VSS
  • Good knowledge for routing (eigrp, ospf, bgp), QoS, Ipsec and GRE
  • Good Knowledge of Wireless technology and cisco products (WCS, WLC, LWAPP-CAPWAP, MSE), 802.11 standard, site survey and radio propagation, authentication and encryption mecanisms
  • Knowledge in fault tracing using the tools wireshark, netflow and ntop
  • CCNA certificate in Routing & Switching

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in the LAN/WLAN/WAN area, minimum working experience is 5 years
  • Knowledge and experience of LAN/WLAN environment both Office/Campus/Factory environment
  • Experience in working in a global organization 
  • Valid Driver license
  • On call duties
