Your responsibilities
Communication and co-ordination with 3rd parties in terms of structural improvements.
Escalation point for structural 3rd party planning issues
Resolution of short and long term 3rd party queries.
Managing obsoletes across the network to create clear visibility and facilitate mitigation actions.
Structurally reducing inventory whilst protecting service through managing the total stock profile and stock health.
Leading the long term capacity planning for 3rd parties on regular basis; preparing for key decisions particularly around risk identification and mitigation like stock builds, overflows etc.
Driving continuous improvements in 3rd party planning processes & capability, including stock managed by suppliers.
Delivering planning efficiencies in a robust and automated fashion
Lead the 3rd party planning team, setting priorities and looking to maximize their impact.
Ensuring SLA/ business rules timeline maintenance
Is directly involved in the development of the planning framework + programs & applies the framework with his 3p and MSO in a consistent way to drive skill development and consistent perfect execution.
Our requirements
University degree.
Supply chain (APICS or similar) qualification preferred.
Strong planning skills
Ideally, experience in one or more areas of supply chain; procurement.
SAP knowledge; overall affinity with system
People leadership skills.
M/S Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
Excellent communication skills and good command of English
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong in Strategic influencing.
Well-developed ability to build a team/network, train and empower them and hold accountable.

Purpose of Job:
Perform operational tasks related to Customer Master Data. Ensure that Customer Master Data processes are functioning efficiently and agreed targets are delivered on time. Contribute to improve service to customers through proper maintenance of Customer Master Data.
