Your responsibilities
- Troubleshoot/Diagnose all issues from the customers (ISPs, Telecoms, Carriers) and driving satisfactory resolution of the issues
- Troubleshoot Product and Configuration issues
- Ensure On-Time escalation to L3 and Engineering(R&D) teams
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction, document all communication with customers in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum
- Ensure to gain Certified Expertise (Certifications) to provide better service
Our requirements
- Experience in networking support or general technical support
- Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure (TR069, API, SNMP etc.)
- Self-managing (autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, creative)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present and lead
- Certifications confirming technical knowledge (CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certification etc.)
- Experience on Client-Server Architecture
- Troubleshooting CPE Related issues (WiFi, Ethernet, Configuration)
- Knowledge of the most common networking protocols
- Understanding of traffic flow between devices in the network
- Knowledge about Linux infrastructure, and using CLI for troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a team
Optional
- Experience using troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, SSH Terminals, TeamViewer, Postman
- Bridging and Switching Concepts, LAN Technologies such as Ethernet - CSMA/CD
- STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN tagging
- Exposure to Cloud Platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of the Cloud – architecting for the cloud
- Experience in any Programming / Scripting languages (like PHP, Python, Power shelling Scripting)
