Developing an in-depth New Account Plan and a Business Development Plan for growth of a company results withing polish market and cluster
Delivering financial growth targets on revenue and profitability for relevant Global and Regional customers
Developing understanding of full service leasing related to the Consumer and Industrial application segments and developing the capability to convert these to define value propositions, selling opportunities and new customer/segment prospecting.
Monitoring and analyzing market opportunities, competitor activity etc
Providing regular updates on current and near-term forecast using current tools in place.
Maintaining up to date call reports, growth opportunity pipeline and projects using designated CRM database (Salesforce)
Working closely with cross functional team members including marketing, customer service, technical service and other relevant functions to effectively utilize resources.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management functions, ideally build within Automotive, Finance or Banking sectors.
Experience of conducting business with corporate customers.
Prospecting, hunting for new business, ability to find and identify commercial opportunities
Customer Relationship Development, stakeholder focusing, building strategic partnerships
Business acumen, anticipating trends, articulating business situations, assessing risk and opportunities, taking actions that lead to positive outcomes
Customer Strategy Planning and Execution, driving business, delivering mutual results with customers
Ability to build opportunity pipelines, leading qualification and prioritization of the projects, building impactful customer engagement
Aptitude to leverage partnerships to develop the business
Negotiation skils, assertiveness, awareness and understanding of customer needs, competition knowledge

Good analytical skills and ability to distill complex and large amount of data to generate insight
Familiarity with matrix business environment, able to deftly navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Good analytical skills and the ability to approach opportunities and problems with process and have a bias for facts and analysis
Project Management skills will be an additional attitude (planning, prioritization, deadline and result oriented)
Communication (listening & speaking) and presentation skills,
Very good knowledge/ well advance in English
Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experienced user of a CRM software
