Your responsibilities

  • Developing an in-depth New Account Plan and a Business Development Plan for growth of a company results withing polish market and cluster

  • Delivering financial growth targets on revenue and profitability for relevant Global and Regional customers

  • Developing understanding of full service leasing related to the Consumer and Industrial application segments and developing the capability to convert these to define value propositions, selling opportunities and new customer/segment prospecting.

  • Monitoring and analyzing market opportunities, competitor activity etc

  • Providing regular updates on current and near-term forecast using current tools in place.

  • Maintaining up to date call reports, growth opportunity pipeline and projects using designated CRM database (Salesforce)

  • Working closely with cross functional team members including marketing, customer service, technical service and other relevant functions to effectively utilize resources.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management functions, ideally build within Automotive, Finance or Banking sectors.

  • Experience of conducting business with corporate customers.

  • Higher education.

  • Prospecting, hunting for new business, ability to find and identify commercial opportunities

  • Customer Relationship Development, stakeholder focusing, building strategic partnerships

  • Business acumen, anticipating trends, articulating business situations, assessing risk and opportunities, taking actions that lead to positive outcomes

  • Customer Strategy Planning and Execution, driving business, delivering mutual results with customers

  • Ability to build opportunity pipelines, leading qualification and prioritization of the projects, building impactful customer engagement

  • Aptitude to leverage partnerships to develop the business

  • Negotiation skils, assertiveness, awareness and understanding of customer needs, competition knowledge

  • Open for Change, embracing change, being an improvement change agent in organization

  • Good analytical skills and ability to distill complex and large amount of data to generate insight

  • Familiarity with matrix business environment, able to deftly navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Good analytical skills and the ability to approach opportunities and problems with process and have a bias for facts and analysis

  • Project Management skills will be an additional attitude (planning, prioritization, deadline and result oriented)

  • Communication (listening & speaking) and presentation skills,

  • Very good knowledge/ well advance in English

  • Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experienced user of a CRM software

  • Customer obsessed with a curious, optimistic, and positive mindset

  • Ability to create trust and maintain confidentiality. Very comfortable asking questions and listen to understand

  • Good communicator who can provide or exchange complicated information in a way that is easily understood.

  • Result driven, both quantitative and qualitative

  • Proactive and a ‘can do’ spirit

  • Self-motivated and the initiative to drive projects from start to finish

  • Open-minded: open to new ideas and suggestions (either from customers or internally) and takes input seriously

  • Out of the box thinking to solve customers’ issues or answer their needs with win-win solutions
