This is about your ROLE

  • Take a full responsibility for the customer experience from the beginning to the end (being the first representative right behind the CEO)
  • Manage and improve sales processes
  • Acquire prospects and new customers on Polish and international market
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailor-made offers
  • Deliver clients satisfaction
  • Negotiate and settle terms of cooperation and the contract
  • Support the customer through the whole sales process
  • Participate in business trips (meetings with customers, events) in Poland and abroad
  • Have a real impact on increasing sales and get an adequate commission

This is about your SKILLS

  • Previous experience in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Business presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects in the same time
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with professionals of all organizational levels
  • You are a true-born seller

This is about your EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building long-term relationships with customers
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in building sales strategies for IT solutions,
  • Proven record of working in the sales department in an IT company
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English on at least B2 level
  • Valid driving license

Other (not required, but nice to have)

  • You can efficiently communicate in German.
  • You have your contact database and are happy to develop it,
  • You have experience in selling projects in Time & Material model
