Your responsibilities
Management of new product development and introduction projects portfolio on CEE level;
Leading of NPD projects in cooperation with other company departments;
Cooperation with CEE Category Marketing Management Team as well as local marketing teams in the markets;
Management of new product development process in the whole organisation – from idea to product introduction and results evaluation;
Recommendation of operational changes and process optimisation in the area of new product development.
Our requirements
Extensive experience in management of new product development and introduction projects – minimum 10 years of experience, food industry preferred;
Experience with the NPD process – introduction and recommendations of optimisation and operational changes;
Knowledge of project management methodology, planning, prioritising, project team management, risk mitigation, profitability calculation;
People management experience, ability to integrate people around a common goal;
Analytical skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
Presentation and negotiation skills and high level of persuasiveness;
High entrepreneurship, goal orientation;
Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Management or Food Technology;
Fluent English enabling day-to-day communication with company departments on many markets.
