Your responsibilities
- As a graduate to State Street you will have the possibilities to be hired into a number of departments across the company. Outlined below as some of the departments with a brief insight that we hire for all year round:
- Fund Accountant - responsible for calculating the net asset values of funds by processing daily accounting related functions to ensure funds prices are accurate and delivered to the client in a timely fashion. The Fund Accountant is the central point of contact for all accounting support functions and analyzes the information received; making sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally.
- Transfer Agency - responsible for trade processing investor account maintenance issue reporting and resolution. You will be responsible for processing investor transaction: review documentation ensure anti-money laundering documentation has been received and enter subscription and save documentation on internal systems
- Pricing - to assist in the accurate and efficient pricing of a range of securities held by investment funds. The principal task of this role is to price exchange traded securities and validation to sources such as Bloomberg Reuters and FTID.
- Client Services- successful completion of client on-boarding set-ups as well as fostering key relationships with our internal customer base. Client Service Specialist is responsible for opening and maintenance of custody accounts in the countries of investments of the funds. Establish and maintain good business relationships with our client and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
- Billing Services – responsible for internal and external billing of fund services to the business. They will review calculated invoices against contract and deal with internal and external client queries related to billing.

- Workable knowledge of Excel
- Expected level of English to perform duties of the role
