Your responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a fluent relationship with internal customers, understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues implementing sustainable solutions and ensuring changes are timely documented in relevant SOPs

  • Performing comprehensive accuracy and compliance checks of Purchase Requisitions (PR)s

  • Ensuring PRs are complete and accurate before conversion to POs

  • Releasing purchase orders (PO) within agreed timeline

  • Logging-in and follow-up PRs that could not be converted to POs and released within agreed timeline

  • Ensuring vendors received all necessary information

  • Building relationship with suppliers and mill teams

  • Working on resolving discrepancies between invoices and Purchase Orders

  • Analysing and solve critical issues raised by the internal customers / suppliers related to the in-scope processes

  • Leading catch ups and prepare relevant reports to be shared with internal customers

Our requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset and communication skills

  • Availability to work US time zone 14:30 - 23:00

Position Purpose:

You shall be working within multilingual & multinational team within Buying Center in Krakow and supporting internal clients across North America region.

This is a position playing a key role in smooth establishment within transited US Procure-to-Pay process.

We are looking for candidates interested in order administration, stakeholders’ management, client care, peer-to-peer training and order process improvement.
