Your responsibilities

  • Processing of Purchase Orders on a daily basis,

  • Managing & reconciling orders,

  • Selecting suppliers for different materials/mills of North America and Canada,

  • Updating pricing agreed with suppliers,

  • Partnering with Sourcing Managers, Suppliers and Line of Business Partners,

  • Supporting other operational teams who consume data provided by the core operations team & liaising with them to ensure there are no issues with the transactions,

  • Identifying risks, issues or concerns, and helping drive best practices,

  • Participating in a culture of continuous improvement with focus on improving processes & delivery efficiency,

  • Participating in working groups supporting strategic platform changes,

  • Late shift working hours (14:30 - 23:00).

Our requirements

  • Good attention to detail & problem-solving skills,

  • Good time management and prioritization skills,

  • MS Office skills,

  • English: strong communication and presentation skills,

  • Ability to multitask and cooperate with a team,

  • Knowledge of SAP,

  • Previous procurement operations experience will be an added advantage,

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills,

  • Continuous Improvement thinker (Lean & 6 sigma).

  • Fluent English and Spanish speaker (B2/C1)
