Your responsibilities

  • Planning and tracking activity to ensure that stretching and robust targets can be measured and met across the region

  • Driving local/regional indirect purchasing and understanding indirect material spend across the business, analyzing category markets, and translating into actionable strategies

  • Identify, select and develop suppliers, negotiate and contract within portfolio and supply based in alignment with RB Global strategy;

  • work closely with key stakeholders in understanding needs, objectives, and priorities to optimize total cost, quality, and service;

  • Connect and implement the global spends/strategy at the local level

  • Identify and monitor risks and opportunities related to each category

Our requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement

  • Degree in business or Engineering

  • Oroven Category Management expertise within Indirect, ideally with exposure across Marketing and Sales in a fast-moving and result-driven environment which demands to work under pressure

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects

  • Ownership, independence

  • Capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation

  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive

  • Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure

  • International mobility and motivation to a long term career in an international business
