OE Sales Person (Account Manager)

Your responsibilities

  • Customer contact for OE business for MAHLE electronic and mechatronic product portfolio

  • Key contact person for Tier 1 customer requests and acquisitions (technical and commercial)

  • Define strategy to defend current revenue / earnings generator portfolio

  • Active identification and acquisition of new OES businesses at the customer

  • Processing of request for quotations

  • Preparation of quotation and conduct of negotiations (new and current businesses)

  • OES sales planning / strategy planning

  • Contract review and negotiation in coordination with MAHLE specific departments (Legal, Production, Quality)

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in similar position

  • Fluent in English

  • German knowledgewill be an asset

  • Successfully completed technical or economic studies

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial and technical fundamental

  • Previous experience in the automotive sector

  • Strong communication skills with team player skills as a must

  • High level of assertiveness paired with customer focus

  • Excellent organizational skills and superb multitasking skills in a dynamic environment

  • Very good skills in presentation and negotiations

  • Openness to business trips
