About the project

The Workplace Service Delivery Team is responsible operations of our global workplace plat-form, which is completely based on Microsoft’s cloud services, including Azure AD Premium, Office 365 and InTune, and execute the Build/Run tasks. The technical scope covers the plat-form and the development therein, and all other associated components. As an engineer in this team, you are part of a global distributed team responsible for the administration and operation of the workplace platform and the components therein that we currently roll out to our 76 000 users worldwide.

The Workplace Service Delivery Team belongs to the Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) department.

Your responsibilities

  • System operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements as well as quality assurance and development of standards

  • Providing 2nd Level support and provide training and documentation to users and to 1st Level Support Team

  • Execution of failure and disaster recovery test

  • Ensuring system integrity and security through necessary measures, for example log analysis and patch management

  • Execution of project management tasks in IT infrastructure projects and responsible to provide project deliverables

  • Development and implementation of technical guidelines and standards

  • Design and implement Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to, Ex-change Online, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD.

Our requirements

  • Good customer service skills and ability to interact with users, staff, and management teams

  • Passion for technology with 1-3 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility

  • Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in working according to professional processes in the area of ITSM and knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL).

  • Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and Visual Studio Code

  • University degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience

  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Sync, or Azure, SharePoint Online, and Office 365: Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, OneDrive for Business are a plus

  • Direct Experience migrating email from Exchange on-premise/hosted to Exchange online through various migration methods (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid 3 years of experience admin-istration and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server and Active Directory required
