Are you experienced in office administration? Do you want to work in an international environment using English on a daily basis? Would like to expand you professional knowledge and learn about executive assistant duties? This could be the next step in your career!

Office Administration Assistant / Assistant to the Board
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing all necessary support for Office Manager in our Warsaw office
  • Contact with external service providers (office facilities, in-house equipment, cleaning service, etc.)
  • Maintenance and coordination of non-pay benefits for employees (medical care, sports cards)
  • Supporting Executive Assistant in daily duties for the Board
  • Dealing with personal calendar of the CEO
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, minor translations (PL – EN)
  • Booking and arranging business travels

 

Our expectations:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience on a similar position (secretary, junior executive assistant, etc.)
  • Fluent command of English (necessary)
  • Very good organizational skills, ability to adjust to frequent changes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressure
  • Very good MS Office skills
