Your responsibilities

Principle duties and essential functions

The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator will be to ensure the smooth running of the office and to be a partner to the Facility Department.

Other tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Support of the Facility department

• Reporting to BDO

• Coordination and management of the daily work of the office

• Segregation and archiving of letters and documents

• Taking care of the proper circulation of documents and communication between individuals and departments

• Register of letters and printouts related to a given company

• Preparation of the official letters

• Supplementing the necessary databases

• Communication with other companies and state institutions

• Preparation of statements and reports

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Organization of conferences, business meetings, and business trips

• Contact with an internal client

• Reception support

• Taking care of the proper atmosphere and organization of work

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, reception handling, other administrative roles

  • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into an operational requirement

  • Highly developed organizational, problem-solving, and time management skill

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Driving license of B category

  • English language, intermediate level
