Your responsibilities
taking care of the office (contact with the building administrator)
ordering repair of faults, contacting a cleaning company, etc.) and devices (repairs, complaints), taking care of the order, equipment and decor of the office
business calendar management - meetings arrangements, booking conference rooms
organization and co-organization of corporate events (orders, preparation of materials, organizational support during events)
in-company communication
taking care of office guests
events organization, delegations, meetings with clients,
contact with suppliers, couriers and distribution of orders in the office handling the tasks of the Office Assistant in the Process Plan (celebrating internships, arranging meetings, preparing workstations)
reports and summaries preparation
Our requirements
min. 1 year of experience in office administration,
very good organization of work - multitasking, ability setting priorities and working under time pressure,
initiative, ingenuity, the ability to constructively solve problems, independence, the ability to make decisions,
ability to work in a team,
communication skills
English at the intermediate level (min. B1)

No experience in IT? This is not a problem, we will provide you with an introduction to the intricacies of our industry.

You will have permanent support of a graphic designer directly inside the EB team.
