Office Assistant/Receptionist
Purpose of the General Office Management function: Effective back office function (Administration)
Vision: We want to be best in class service center and maintain best in class back office support functions having Sonova values in place and well-motivated/ happy/integrated team.
 

Mission/ Purpose of the job:

  • Assist SWSC Administration&IT Dep. staff in the discharge of their responsibilities
  • Efficiently and effectively support the team and office guests
  • Assure procedures and rules for documents flow are in place
  • Treat employees/LMs as customers and be supportive
  • Ensure proper communication with other members of the backoffice team; ensuring confidentiality of confidential topics&data
  • Take proper care of company assets and materials (safeguard)
  • Strive for continuous improvement, grow the function along with changing office needs 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting administration&IT team in administrative matters
  • Archiving documents and assuring proper documentation flow
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, receive incoming shipments
  • Supporting daily office operations (supplies, checking cleanliness and reporting defects)
  • Reception of office guests, new employees; support in teams’ meeting/events preparation
  • Support information/document flow to other backoffice functions/staff as required
  • Updating databases and preparation of reports
  • Understand processes and procedures, compliance requirements

Your profile:

  • Economics/Administration/Technical/Law /Bachelor level or >4th year student
  • 1 year in office administration but also candidate with no experience but high learning potential is an option
  • Strong customer orientation, systematic, attention to detail
  • Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Networking skills, team player
  • Basic understanding of: office administration processes/workflows; nice to have basic understanding of business components: finance, purchases, logistics
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high pressure environment
  • English, Polish - fluent
  • MS Office (Word, Excel)
