Your responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Assist with event planning and implementation
All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
Our requirements
Qualifications: a high school degree
Working experience: 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities in the role of regular operative, up to 1 year of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities in the role of junior operative, excellent communication skills, telephone skills, listening, professionalism, informing others, handles pressure, supply management
