    Office Assistant

    Location: Wrocław

    Key Responsibilities

    • management / circulation of correspondence
    • organization of the flow of financial documents
    • ticket service - outsourcing, problem solving
    • welcome guests
    • meetings service
    • in-house training (for office staff) for new employees
    • supervision and stock management
    • contact with suppliers / contractors
    • acquiring suppliers and offers
    • care for office equipment
    • managing / distributing access cards to the office
    • office maintenance (commissioning repair work, improvements)
    • documents administration
    • updating internal records, working on internal systems (SharePoint, PSA, Smart Stream: PO, Vendor Set up)

    Key Requirements/Experience

    • 0,5-1,5 years of administrative experience
    • excellent English skills
