Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of office work;
  • Ensuring efficient office infrastructure (including cooperation with the office building administration);
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Administrative support of the Management Board;
  • Management and supervision of the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Organization and coordination of calendars, business trips (ticket and hotel reservations);
  • Contact with internal and external clients;
  • Organization and management of external and internal events calendar - trade fairs, job fairs, integration events for employees;
  • Co-ordination of employer branding activities;
  • Managing business guests and preparing meetings;
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function;
  • Coordinating CSR and Wellbeing groups and events;
  • Work closely with HR Generalist on all adjoining matters;
  • Managing and administration of employee benefits;
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.

Our requirements

  • Avability min 40 hours per week
  • Combined experience in administrative support of the Management Board and human resources preferred
  • Experience in planning and using office space will be an asset;
  • Ability to work under time pressure in the environment which often requires changing priorities and making quick decisions;
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • University degree in administration, management or economics is welcome;
  • Knowledge of English on B2 / C1 level;
  • Great organizational skills, meeting deadlines and being creative;
  • MS Office proficiency;
