If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a well organised and friendly candidate to join a brand new technological company (a part of scandinavian Securitas Group), located in the heart of Warsaw Mordor:

Office Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Office Coordinator provides business administrative duties to ensure office processes run smoothly. Supports office documentation, daily activites and employee-related functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperates with administration/facility management, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies,
  • Cooperates with HR Department and Managing Director to ensure employee related documentation is complete,
  • Supports recruitment process,
  • Supports settlements of business trips,
  • Maintains internal office procedures, creates new when necessary,
  • Support training requirements, including organizing rooms for employee training, reviewing training policies, and updating training systems,
  • Organizes relevant office events and staff meetings,
  • Communicates with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies and planning of meeting rooms,
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail,
  • Supports Management Boards by organizing meetings, making notes, handling necessary documentation,
  • May participate in accounting duties, including resolving billing questions and managing invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience as an Office Coordinator or Office Assistant,
  • Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus,
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Multi-tasking aptitude,
  • Open minded, enthusiastic and passionate, can-do attitude,
  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1),
  • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Office.
