    We are currently looking for: 

    Office Coordinator

    Location: Warszawa (okolice)
    Our teams are expanding! Due to internal development of our services, we are looking to find an Office Coordinator, a proactive and dynamic fast-learner who would like to start/continue career in administration and at the same time exploit English language skills!

    If you already have an experience in the industry that is customer/client oriented and you easily build relations with other individuals/professionals, that is a perfect job opportunity for you!
    Working in the role you will be required to:
    • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
    • Support with HR administration (payroll, holiday trackers, expenses, etc.);
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures);
    • Arrange couriers;
    • Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions;
    • Monitor, control and order office supplies;
    • Set up conference rooms with necessary stationery and equipment;
    • Organize catering for meetings;
    • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets;
    • Schedule and follow up on appointments.

    To be successful in the position you will have:

    • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with attention to details;
    • Strong writing/communication skills;
    • Flexibility, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard;
    • A very good command of English (min. B2), any additional language would be a strong asset;
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact with all levels of the organization and external constituents.
