Your responsibilities
Coordination of the functioning of newly established office
Coordination of office-related services and contracts
Responsibility for correspondence and documents workflow
Responsibility over office supplies, including IT equipment
Assistance to the management team
Organizing and assisting in corporate meetings
Organizing company events
Business trips organization
Car fleet management
Administrative support for the various departments of the office
Our requirements
Proficiency in English
Experience on a similar position
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
High organisational skills, attention to details
