    Office Manager/ Executive Assistant
    Workplace: Warszawa

    We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Executive Assistant for our newly established Shared Service Center in Warsaw who will also perform some HR activities. The holder of this position will mainly provide office management and administration support to SSC.

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting and greeting visitors,
    • Organization of business meetings,
    • Acting as Travel & Expenses system admin,
    • Cooperation with travel agencies,
    • Support of migration projects, for example ticket/hotel bookings
    • Cooperation with Building Management,
    • Supervision of maintenance services
    • Office supplies supervision, Lyreco portal administration
    • Docs flow supervision,
    • SSC contracts administration,
    • Cooperation with accounting agency,
    • Ad hoc preparation of management documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
    • Potential project management assignments,
    • Organization of interview meetings with candidates

    We expect

    • Educational background or/and experience as an assistant in an administrative environment
    • Analytical and action-oriented personality
    • Excellent organizational & administrative skills
    • Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
    • Excellent English as a must, other languages are an advantage
    • Highest standards in terms of integrity and trust
